Her expertise extends to laparoscopic procedures, including hysterectomy, cystectomy, tubal recanalization, and myomectomy. She is also trained to manage complications such as ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome, multiple pregnancies, jaundice, and urinary tract infections during pregnancy.

To stay updated on the latest treatments, Dr. Abinaya actively participates in national and international conferences, with her most recent attendance at the Assisted Reproductive Course for Clinicians (ART) in Singapore. She holds a certification in Diagnostic Ultrasound imaging in Abdomen, Obstetrics, and Gynecology.
