Dr. Pramod Kumar K.P

Dr. Pramod is a highly experienced interventional cardiologist with over 25 years of experience. He has a strong track record in interventional cardiology, echocardiography, and heart failure management. Dr. Pramod has performed more than 7,500 interventional cardiac procedures and 1,500 transoesophageal echocardiography procedures. He is also a dedicated educator and has been teaching postgraduate and DNB trainees for over 22 years.

Dr. Pramod began his career at Apollo Hospitals in 1995 as an associate consultant. He then spent two years as a consultant cardiologist at the Al Khaleej Apollo Clinic in Dubai before returning to Apollo Hospitals Chennai as an interventional cardiologist. Dr. Pramod completed his medical studies in Kerala and his training in CT coronary angio procedures at UCLA in Los Angeles.
